Connection problems

If the musicians app cannot find the server, check these points:

  1. Same local network: make sure the phone and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi/LAN network.
  2. Router LAN connection: verify the computer is connected to a LAN port on the router, not a guest or isolated network.
  3. Firewall and antivirus: confirm they are not blocking StageWave Server communication.
  4. Private network on Windows: if you use Windows, set the network profile to Private in Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi/Ethernet > Network profile.
  5. Apps up to date: check that both phone and computer are running the latest StageWave app versions.
  6. Quick reinstall: uninstall and reinstall the musicians app to fix possible installation issues.
