The musicians app does not connect with the StageWave Server π» π²
Connection problems
If the musicians app cannot find the server, check these points:
- Same local network: make sure the phone and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi/LAN network.
- Router LAN connection: verify the computer is connected to a LAN port on the router, not a guest or isolated network.
- Firewall and antivirus: confirm they are not blocking StageWave Server communication.
- Private network on Windows: if you use Windows, set the network profile to
PrivateinSettings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi/Ethernet > Network profile. - Apps up to date: check that both phone and computer are running the latest StageWave app versions.
- Quick reinstall: uninstall and reinstall the musicians app to fix possible installation issues.
